WHY MUST I? AND BY WHAT RIGHT?
A human being can be pushed, frightened, persuaded, trained, rewarded, confined, classified, managed, or made to comply. None of those facts, by itself, establishes that obedience is owed.
First Political Theory, Volume 0 begins before the familiar contests among law, consent, rights, welfare, sovereignty, expertise, tradition, and revelation. It asks the prior question:
What would have to be true for any claimant to bind?
Beginning from the Law of Nature as the universal axiom of constitutive accountability, the volume discovers the constitutive conditions of Binding Address through a transcendental-geometric inquiry. It separates power from normative address, derives a claimant-independent Constitutive Measure for Human Binding Address, examines the actual human being addressed, and follows the complete act through which a person is held answerable.
The inquiry identifies the conditions under which an authority-presentation succeeds structurally, distinguishes Constitutive Qualification from Counterfeit Address, diagnoses the recursive failure structure called the World Engine, and reaches a precise boundary concerning title:
Pure transmission cannot generate the right to bind that it presupposes.
Volume 0 establishes the structural foundation. Final Title remains the next question.
Why is obedience owed?

An inquiry into the foundation of authority.
A human being can be compelled, persuaded, classified, managed, or made to comply. But obedience produced is not yet obedience owed.
Beginning with the phenomenon of Binding Address, Volume 0 asks what must be true when one being presents another’s conduct as owed and treats compliance or refusal as answerable.
Through a transcendental-geometric derivation, Nikola Jovica Nedeljkovic discovers a claimant-independent Constitutive Measure for judging whether that bounded act has actually performed the work it claims toward the human being addressed.
The inquiry separates Power from normative address, representation from the being represented, local success from the Complete Act, and structural qualification from Final Title.
Even when every structural requirement is fulfilled, one question remains:
Why is obedience owed?
